Member Services: Maine Real Estate Resource Center

The Maine Real Estate Resource Center, Inc (MRERC) was founded in 1995.

As a wholly owned subsidiary of the Greater Portland Board of REALTORS®, MRERC provides support services and products to Real Estate Practitioners.

The Directors are appointed for 3 year staggered terms. They meet regularly to monitor current activities and plan for future growth and development of the service center. An Administrative Director manages the day-to-day operations. The services MRERC provides include customized computer services, hot-sheets, listing input and maintenance, photo scanning and clerical support services for small real estate offices.

MRERC Members are entitled to receive discounts for advertising under the "Home Source" and "Home Source ShowCase" banners in one of Portland's most-read publications.

Also available at the office at 2271 Congress Street, Portland, Maine is MRERC's REALTOR® Store, 'The Broker's Edge'. Inventory includes Real Estate Practitioner's tools, accessories and closing gifts.

The Maine Real Estate Resource Center's goal is to provide a full line of quality services and

products to Real Estate Practitioners.
